Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between Sınırlı Sorumlu Kedi Kadın Emeğini Destekleme İşliği Kadın Girişimi Üretim ve İşletme Kooperatifi, registered at Küçükköy Mh. Küçükköy Cd. No:8 Ayvalık / Balıkesir, and the Customer who makes a purchase through the Site, in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The Seller and the Customer are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions.
1. DEFINITIONS
Seller: The cooperative operating the UTTU brand.
Customer / Consumer: The real or legal person making purchases through the website.
Site: The e-commerce platform belonging to UTTU.
Product: All textile products, accessories, and other goods offered for sale by the Seller.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement regulates the procedures and principles regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Customer through the Seller’s Site.
3. ORDER, PAYMENT AND FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1. An order is deemed to be created when the Customer adds products to the cart and completes the payment process.
3.2. Upon completion of payment, this Agreement is considered to be electronically established.
3.3. The product price, taxes, shipping fee, and any additional charges are clearly displayed on the order summary page.
4. DELIVERY TERMS
4.1. Products are shipped to the address specified by the Customer at the time of order.
4.2. Delivery times are specified on the Shipping Policy page.
4.3. The Seller shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, logistical disruptions, pandemics, etc.).
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date the product is received, without providing any reason.
5.2. To use the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller in writing (email is sufficient).
5.3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include:

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (used accessories, washed items, etc.)
6.RETURN CONDITIONS
6.1. The product to be returned must be unused, resellable, and in its original packaging.
6.2. Once the returned product reaches the Seller, the refund will be issued within 14 days at the latest.

7. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS AND PRICE
7.1. The basic characteristics of the products are stated on their product pages.
7.2. Product prices, including taxes, are shown on the Site.
7.3. The shipping cost is displayed to the Customer before the order is completed.
8. WARRANTY
Products sold by UTTU are handmade and produced in limited quantities. Therefore, they do not fall under standard warranty coverage; however, in case of a manufacturing defect, the Seller may provide a replacement or a refund.
9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
9.1. The Customer’s personal data is processed for the completion and delivery of the order.
9.2. All data processing activities are carried out in compliance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
9.3. The KVKK Disclosure Notice and Privacy Policy apply.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1. In the event of disputes between the Parties, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the Customer’s place of residence or where the Seller is located shall have jurisdiction.
10.2. Amicable resolution methods are encouraged by contacting the Seller.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Events beyond the control of the parties—such as natural disasters, war, fire, transportation barriers, pandemics—are considered force majeure. The Seller shall not be responsible for delays or impossibility of delivery caused by such events.
12. EFFECTIVENESS
By completing the order and payment processes on the Site, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
