Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Therefore, we accept return and exchange requests under certain conditions. To request a return, please contact us within 15 days from the delivery date of your order. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For approved returns, your payment will be fully or partially refunded.

If the product is defective, incomplete, or damaged, your return or exchange request will be prioritized, and the shipping fee will be covered by our company. However, returns are not accepted for personalized products or items that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
