1.1. This Agreement is established between UTTU and the User who visits or becomes a member of the Site.
1.2. Anyone who logs into the Site, makes a purchase, or creates a membership account is considered to have accepted this Agreement.

2. Description of Services

2.1. UTTU sells various products—including primarily textile goods and accessories—through the Site.
2.2. All rights to the content, designs, and visuals offered on the Site belong to UTTU. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

3. Membership and Account Creation

3.1. To create a membership, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
3.2. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account information. Passwords must not be shared with third parties.
3.3. All actions performed through the account are the responsibility of the user.
3.4. UTTU reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership when deemed necessary.

5. UTTU’s Rights and Obligations

5.1. UTTU may make changes to the content and services offered on the Site without prior notice.
5.2. UTTU is not responsible for temporary inaccessibility of the Site due to technical reasons.
5.3. UTTU may analyze Site usage data anonymously to improve user experience.

6. Orders, Payment, and Formation of the Agreement

6.1. When the user adds products to the cart and completes the payment process, an order is created.
6.2. Upon order confirmation, the Distance Sales Agreement is established digitally.
6.3. Payments are processed through secure payment infrastructures provided on the Site.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Right of Withdrawal

7.1. The user may exercise the legal 14-day right of withdrawal.
7.2. The right of withdrawal and return processes are explained in detail on the Distance Sales Agreement and Return Policy pages.
7.3. After receiving the product, the user must return it in accordance with the return conditions.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1. The UTTU brand, logo, designs, product images, texts, graphics, and software belong entirely to UTTU.
8.2. Users may not reproduce, copy, or distribute these contents without permission.

9. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data

9.1. Personal data provided by the user is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

9.3. The user accepts that their personal data may be shared with cargo and payment service providers when necessary for order delivery.

10. Third-Party Links

11. Amendment of the Agreement

11.1. UTTU may update this Agreement at any time without prior notice.

12. Termination of the Agreement

12.1. The user may delete their account at any time.
12.2. UTTU may terminate a user’s account if a violation of the terms is detected.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1. This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
13.2. In case of disputes between the Parties, Ayvalık Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
